I am on the avenue called: SUCCESS

Prior to my MRT testing, I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagus after being in pain breathing, swallowing, stomach pain, sinus drainage, and voice box problems. I followed the Doctor’s protocols with scheduled endoscopies and taking the medicine to see what would happen next. The medicine was not giving me relief, so why keep putting it in my body. I decided to try the MRT test, as I was so lost, and I knew I needed a new avenue. I am SO glad I ventured onto this path.

After starting on the LEAP diet, I saw relief happening in such a short time that I was amazed. I was determined to go the distance with this diet, as I was about at the end of my rope. I never realized that food sensitivity could affect so many places in the body. After the first month on the LEAP diet, I had another Endoscopy (one every three months for my condition) and the test results have shown such great changes in my esophagus and stomach, that I can now wait…….twelve (yes, twelve) months until I need to be checked again. WOW!

The diet is indeed challenging, and I felt the “I am starving” attitude at the beginning, but it was so worth it. What I have learned about nutrition from the MRT testing and Lori, has made a life changing turn in my life. My body is still responding in positive new ways, (not only the fact that the last test results from the Dr. showed no irritation in my stomach and esophagus), but all over aches and pains seem less. My voice has also completely returned and that was HUGE in changing my quality of life!

NO Negatives from me, and I am now adding my yellow foods. No more feeling of being hungry, as my menu is much bigger. My way of cooking and thinking of ”clean” foods has, indeed, changed my life. I am going to be 70 years old in the Fall, and I feel like my whole life is ahead of me.

Thank you MRT and Thank you, Lori, I am a new woman!
